The Role

Very international place, WORKING ENVIRONMENT -cooperative and understandable managment with warm colleagues atmosphere.
On board the ship exist "Human Resource" Department, which responsable for every crewmemeber. And their job to provide the best working and leaving conditions while you at sea as well as any other kind of help and support you will need it during your contract. Managment support and guidance was so briliant, if you following instraction and trying your best you will be defenetly rewarded such as: promotion prospects, opportunity to gain higher senior position or you might be nominated as employee of the month, where you will get a cash price and dining invitation to dine with the Captin!!!!!!!

You will have a great range of opportunities to gain from lower to higher level responsibility, feel power - being in charge, having responsibility for staff.Working from Bedroom Steward to Night Hotel Officer in very short period within 3 to 6 month -ALL DEPENDS ON YOU HOW HARDER YOU TRY AND SHOW ALL YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES TO DO THE JOB. ALL OPPORTUNITIES JUST THEIR YOU JUST NEED TO WORK HARD TO GET IT.
The Aim of my placement to gain a practical knowledge to build on for the next years of study in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance in the international hospitality, leisure and tourism industry. After the placement you will be able to demonstrate the professional, personal, technical and transferable management skills, gained through the experience of work at the most famous ocean liner in the world Queen Mary 2 as well as the theoretical learning in the previous years of study, cultural awareness, reflective thinking and self-development. Which will be very important and valuable for future employment as well as you will match more than 90% of critiria of employment process and you will get so easy job than anybodyelse.

There are a lot of training courses avaliable during your traiining period such as:Business Writing Basics, Seting Performance Goals & Expectations, Solving Problem as a Team, Applying Leadership Basics, Developing a Strategic Plan, Basis of Effective Communication, etc... If you do show your passsion about the industry you are working at and effort you putting in company do invest a lot in you and helping you to develop yourself.

Social evens play a key role of company success over past few years. Cunard Line believes in phrase "Work hard - play hard". Sagnificant number of different evens hapenning every month such as: White Star Party, Bingo, Language Lessons, Dancing Lessons, Pizza Nights, Life concerts, etc...
Expenditure: No cost to spend on accommodation, food, bills, significant savings. You just work and save all salary you earn during a whole contract.
Absolutely amazing, everybody so friendly, every night out is different to the previous one, you will never get board
Of course, because every day you stopping in different ports of call and always would be something new to do and interesting to any gender, age or race. Every one defenetly something new and fasinating to themselfs!!!!!
