The Role
Very physical outdoor work with long hours
depended on the team you were placed in
Prep and lab were really goo field were helpful but a lot of independant workm
Seasonal job- busy in summer dead in winter
A fair amount although had to ask for a lot
not really suitable for a biology degree unless you want to go into agronomy
The Company
depended on the team - Team 2 great
A bit of training however very much pushed in at the deep end
graduate scheme poorly paid with ridiclous hours
The Culture
dependant on the group changes year to year
rubbish
not unlesss one of te students arranged it
