The Role
Would have liked to spoke to my buddy before I got their but after I had meet everyone it was fantastic.
The work load does see to be extrema, such as long hours out at clients and not busy in the office but overall I felt it balanced out. The only problem I had was their was no designated time to do your projects and as I was out for about 90% of my time their it was hard to make time for it.
The Company
When out on clients I really felt a part of the team but the couple of times I was in the office I seemed very quite and on my own.
I was very happy with the amount and the variety of jobs I was given and impressed with how it was delt with when something had to change last min.
I was very happy with the support given before we went in and whilst working.
Very Very happy to be given the operability to join them after uni as long as I get a 2:1.
The Culture
The social was good when out with other interns at training but didnt socialise much in the office.
I lived at my university accommodation which was affordable.
I know the night life in Southampton is good during term time but I didn't even bother to go out when working.
Some events were offered to us but not a lot!
