The Role
Learned day after day. Challenging experience and great opportunity within a great company.
High-skilled employees from whom I learned constantly and wanted to implicate interns at all times to let them get the most of it. Alway open for questions and answers.
At all times. All questions had an answer. They value their people and so their interns.
Busy in the most positive way, letting me participate in as many projects as possible. They organize social events though as well in order to let us grow in other fields.
More than expected as an intern. Their confidence on interns is high and they want interns to learn and get the most of it. Of course I couldn't take the responsability of other employees, but as an intern, I enjoyed the ability and opportunity to take quite interesting responsabilities.
In a day-basis learning experience one keeps on developing skills, techniques, strenghts and values that will definitely help anyone not only in their professional life but also in their personal life.
The Company
Perfect balance between working environment in order to respond to the market needs and clients expectations but also confortable in order to respond to personal needs which are essential to developed the working skills aforementioned.
Very well, with training sessions, not only during the first week but all throughout the internship. Social activities also organized.
They invested in us as if full time analyst. Clearly impressive.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Is about us more than about the company. Interns don't get a final response until the internship is over, which is great in order to no affect, positively or negatively, our day-to-day work. Is the interns job to accomplish that.
The Culture
Constant human environment, helpful at all times and social iniciatives in and outside the company.
Intensive internship but very regarding in a personal way, socialising up to the right extend.
It was our choice to deal with it. We had obligations we agreed on and so the choice was made by us. There were events organized over the summer. Great time whatever we were.
Social activities such as charity events, getting involved with sports activities organized by other employees, etc...If you want it, you get it. Opportunities are out there.
