  • Some areas were of more interest than others.

  • My line manager was very supportive but I am not sure whether the other interns received the same level of support.

  • Really supportive, helpful etc

  • At times I was a bit bored and more work would have been good.

  • Fairly relaxed and happy vibe in the office

  • Well set up and support from Head Office was always there, structured programme etc.

  • I was given a bonus if I committed to coming back for a second internship with them

  • Was a really good placement but it made me realise banking is not for me. I would not criticise HSBC though.

  • Casual after work drinks were organised.

  • It is expensive to work in central London but the territorial allowance allowed for this.

  • Worked in the West End so everything was on the doorstep
