The Role
People and training were great, my role less so.
I was integrated within the team fairly successfully - you can tell from the teasing you receive
great support when he was there, but very often he wasnt
Busy everyday but it was mainly self found work
I ran most of my own projects but didnt have enough seniority to get them implemented
As always real work is less about the technical skills which are straightforward and more about the people skills which are harder
The Company
Good atmosphere to start with but some serious issues arised with a memebr of our team
The overall internships at BP are very well set up - unfortunately my team hadnt had an intern before so struggled
Lots of in depth training - I spent 50 hours or so in training
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
We'll see after the assessment centre
The Culture
Very good, we got on really well
Well it is London
Didnt exactly go out where I worked but there are great places in London which we could just about afford
Loads of sports related stuff which was great
