  • Learnt a lot and really felt involved in the company

  • I was in a small team and knew everyone by name and felt happy to chat with any of them

  • My line manager met with me daily and guided me through when I needed it but also let me manage myself.

  • Lots of meetings and plenty of wokr, but never missed a lunch break!

  • Enough, but not an overwhelming amount.

  • Finance can help you no matter where you end up so I think I really benefitted!

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It is generally fairly quiet but everyone is friendly and I wouldn't be afraid of talking. Plenty of birthdays and small celebrations going on!

  • As well as managers for work, we also had mentors to learn more about grad places and co-ordinators to organise all the interns.

  • A lot of managers take time out to have coffee with you and talk through different opportunities

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Made a bunch of new friends which I wasn't expecting :)

  • It's London...

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Locally there's not much going on but after work drinks are easy at the pub or most of us live in London anyway

  • Loads of things going on, work and non-work related...even Sports day!
