The Role
Learnt a lot and really felt involved in the company
I was in a small team and knew everyone by name and felt happy to chat with any of them
My line manager met with me daily and guided me through when I needed it but also let me manage myself.
Lots of meetings and plenty of wokr, but never missed a lunch break!
Enough, but not an overwhelming amount.
Finance can help you no matter where you end up so I think I really benefitted!
The Company
It is generally fairly quiet but everyone is friendly and I wouldn't be afraid of talking. Plenty of birthdays and small celebrations going on!
As well as managers for work, we also had mentors to learn more about grad places and co-ordinators to organise all the interns.
A lot of managers take time out to have coffee with you and talk through different opportunities
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I'd take a job if they offered me one, still to wait and see!
The Culture
Made a bunch of new friends which I wasn't expecting :)
It's London...
Locally there's not much going on but after work drinks are easy at the pub or most of us live in London anyway
Loads of things going on, work and non-work related...even Sports day!
