    • Placement was challenging but the results are very satisfactory

    • Project is independent, on the receiving end most of the time.

    • Support from most levels - HR, mentor and line manager

    • Varies. Was bored to start with but got fairly busy very quickly.

    • Lively trading floor.

    • Overall HR side has done well. Could be more systematic for the trading interns e.g. organise building inductions.

    • Lots of opportunities available and al the stuff are very helpful.

    • Not enough at the central London office. The Sunbury office seems like a place for fun.
