The Role
Enjoyable and rewarding, albeit slightly repetitive
Friendly but not overly chatty.
Great support whenever needed
Often too busy or had nothing to do, but overall a good balance.
Important deadlines lay in my hands, this was of great importance.
Knowledge of development and network architecture were of great help.
