Overview
Th program included panels and a final group project. We had an introduction to investment banking, business etiquette, Rothschild&Co's ("R&Co") history, the Global Advisory's business lines, a welcome social, a female bankers panel, work shadowing session and a women empowerment panel. The program involved group interactions as we had to present a case study with a potential merger acquisition to senior bankers at the end of the program.
Skills
I developed both hard and soft skills. The program exposed me to a consistent yet accessible technical content through the introductions to Investment Banking, Global Advisory, work shadowing sessions and the final group projects. It also helped me develop my public speaking, teamwork and research skills. The female bankers' panel and women empowerment workshop equally helped me build self-confidence.

Extremely insightful. It made me discover new roles and sectors to explore in the future.

I felt an extremely welcoming culture. We can feel how R&Co allies professionalism, excellence and kindness through every interactions we have with its employees.
Your Impressions
It was a perfectly well-run program, by far one of the best - if not the best - professional experience I have ever had. I have learned a lot about the financial industry and myself. I enjoyed the interactions with the professionals and the program's participants. The Early Careers team was extremely welcoming and supportive.
