Overview
The days primarily consisted of speaker sessions, from established professionals within all aspects of their businesses. This was supplemented by two group presentation tasks, desk shadowing, an archive tour, and an office tour, with networking sessions on the first day.
Skills
I have developed my skills in group presentation scenarios, particularly the division and management of workloads, alongside understanding how to translate my existing soft skills into the world of finance and advisory.
Business Insight
I gained an authentic understanding of the various roles available within Rothschild, and what makes their business unique compared to other firms. Overall, the experience was deeply rewarding, and a pivotal learning lesson in my pursuit of a role in advisory.
Culture
There was a deep sense of respect at the firm, with a genuine commitment towards the dispersion of knowledge. Yet, the firm still maintains a friendly atmosphere; each and every individual is approachable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight programme, and wish it was longer - the 4 days went by so quickly.
