  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • The insight was a great opportunity to learn more about roles within NatWest Bank and hear from a group of inspirational women on a panel and ask them questions about their role within NatWest and the career paths. It involved two days of networking and panels to find out as much information as possible and connect with like minded people.

    Business Insight

    • The womens panel and networking event gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about potential career pathways and ask specific questions to those in roles I was interested in. I feel much more aware of potential roles for me now.

    • The company culture was extremely welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease to ask any questions and enjoyed the relaxed but professional environment.
