    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • It was a very insightful 2 days where we networked with graduates during lunch. During this we got a personal insight into each graduating programme and each initials unique pathways. We also got top tips and recommendations and advice from them. We spent the morning talking with 2 of the important women in NatWest and their career pathways and what led them to choose NatWest. We also undergone personal growth workshops.
