I learned the importance of stakeholder management and finding a mutually beneficial solution for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Yes. I was in charge of planning and exciting my own projects to solve real problems. The team’s progress towards their KPIs depended on the results of my project.
Support & Guidance
Support and guidance was made available to me throughout. I had support and advice from colleagues from various levels of the leadership hierarchy.
Culture
I was happy to come to work. In fact I came to work everyday. I didn’t look at the time when I was working because my work was fun and meaningful. Everyone was very supportive and driven. People will go out of their way to help you. The atmosphere was lively and I made lots of friends.
