Overview
Understanding Shell's upstream supply chain activities, its different arms such as delivery, production, wells, projects, and engaging in continuous improvement projects.
Skills
It has been a great opportunity to develop and refine interpersonal skills - management is very responsive to individuals taking initiative and have offered me countless opportunities for development in the form of presentations, opportunities to speak to senior colleagues/external parties or projects.
