    • Daily tasks center around capital planning and capital actions. Working on the ICAAP and quarterlies within the team, every day is different with very few repetitive tasks or processes.

    • You are assigned a buddy and a mentor who help you throughout the program to gain exposure to different areas of the firm, and answer any questions you have. Colleagues are always happy to help, one must only ask.

    • Be yourself in the assessments and interviews, MS is a peoples firm, they like to see how the individual shines rather than what pieces of paper they have to show academic skills.
