Overview
Daily stand-up meeting, writing of code, planning an in-person kids event to entertain them with technology.
Skills
Learned skills for Google Cloud Projects, Github and terraform (programming). Developed communication and presentation skills. Increased confidence to talk to people.
Responsibilities
Moderately yes. Was tasked to write code but I could talk to my manager if I wasn't sure how to tackle the task. When planning for a kids event as part of a Corporate Social Responsibility project, I had a responsible task of writing a Risk Assessment and helping to ensure safeguarding compliance.
Support & Guidance
I could approach my manager whenever I was unsure about how to do something. This was very helpful.
Culture
Very open and friendly. It was not a toxic environment. Great to be part of.
