Overview
I was involved in a number of projects across the internship, focusing on a retail and savings project around creating and devolving a dashboard with the purpose of streamlining together monitoring of system runs.
Skills
I have had a number of skills develop across my time here; including serious technical development and other soft skills.
Responsibilities
There was a varying level of responsibility given - with certain projects being completely passed over and others partially. It was a great balance of support and independence.
Support & Guidance
A huge amount of support but an average amount of guidance
Culture
Fantastic. Brilliant culture from the top to the bottom. Very relaxed and open structure.
