Overview
- Producing minutes for morning meetings - Sitting in on live deals and completing historic financials - Dialling into lender calls - Giving trade ideas - Producing comps tables

- A lot of responsibility - Had to give trade ideas / present to the whole team

- Lots of support - Had a dedicated buddy for any help / questions I had - Manager was very open to help for both work and non-work things - Several trainings to help boost knowledge

- Everyone is very friendly and relaxed - Easy to approach everyone on the team - Easy to schedule coffee chats outside of the team too
