Taking part in meetings, alongside working on personal projects around market research and mapping UN SDG's to key sectors

Responsibilities
Yes, i was given projects that allowed me to contribute to my team. I was also given the opportunity to be involved in meetings and present to my team the findings from my project.
Support & Guidance
I received good support from individuals in my team and HR. however, many individuals in my team were very busy, so it was sometimes difficult to approach them during the work day.
Culture
the company is a very welcoming place, and interns have the opportunity to meet with very senior individuals. Also, it is quite a relaxed culture, but this depends what team you are on.
Your Impressions
I hugely enjoyed my internship and learnt a lot. It takes time to be comfortable with your team, but once integrated you will massively feel included and enjoy your internship.
Yes
do not put too much pressure on yourself in interviews, they do not expect you to have the financial knowledge, but are looking for potential and workability.
