  • Yes, given an independent project to lead and deliver myself, as well as projects with other interns. Given a lot of self development opportunities, and the independence to plan visits to other areas of the company.

  • Lots of support from a graduate buddy, placement manager and graduate placement manager. Weekly check-ins as well as constant feedback from all of these.

  • Everyone was so welcoming and happy to speak to me, even when visiting other areas of the bank for self organized days.

  • Really enjoyed it all, work was an appropriate level of difficulty. Plenty of opportunities to meet new people and engage with people working across the bank.
