Placement within a team involved in change and business solutions as well as internship opportunities such as a group project and events.

Responsibilities
Given interesting and engaging pieces of work to do, given a good level of responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Daily check ins and guidance with manager to ensure I had the help and feedback I needed as well as weekly optional check ins for interns.
Culture
The culture is really supportive and positive, people are happy to take time out of their day to speak to you and provide support.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the work I completed as well as being part of the organization as a whole, and I hope to continue in a role within Natwest group in future.
