  • Attending Team Meetings, taking minutes, working on a group Business Project. As well as this, networking and helping where possible with audits.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was entrusted with some duties related to current audits, mostly familiarizing myself with material so I could take part in discussions, but also making spreadsheets and writing up minutes amongst other things.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • My team, managers, and graduate buddy were all extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. I received an incredible amount of guidance and support, having daily catch ups and one on ones, with the impression that no question was a stupid question.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The culture had a focus on championing potential and being a purpose led organization, meaning that personal development is encouraged heavily. As well as this, the company is inclusive and inviting; no one is left out and all opinions and backgrounds are valued.
