    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, I would say I was given a fair amount of responsibility especially when it came to project status handling and mapping. In addition I was in charge of data handling and storing of documents on many projects. I was not given much responsibility when it came to choosing my projects and tasks but I was given choice on how to execute.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • There was always lots of support during my placement. I had a mentor assigned when I first arrived and well-being was very important to everyone. Well-being was emphasised throughout the year, through wellness days, wellness vouchers and a recognition award scheme. My team made it known that if I ever needed help or support there was always someone to talk to, the managers kept an open-door policy and this made such an impact.
