    • The role involves a lot of admin work, responding to emails and creating/distributing trackers which help to keep track of data and highlight where improvements can be made. Also involves attending study meetings and completing ad-hoc requests.

    • Developed more IT skills, including MS excel, power point, Power BI and other systems. Developed presenting/communicating skills and general admin skills. Learnt to network with colleagues around the world. Improved time management and workload managment

    • Be yourself. There are no trick questions and if you're the best fit for the position it will show during your interviews. Try to calm any nerves about the application process and ask lots of questions. The more involved and enthusiastic you are about the position the better your application will look.
