  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Everyday is different but there is a placement you work for 3.5 days which could be in any part of the bank. There is also time for talks, socials, and self-lead learning allocated. There is a business group project to work on as well.

  • Learnt a lot about project management and agile. Especially management skills and how to best support teams. I have also developed my PowerPoint and presentation skills.

  • Both early careers and management are very supportive. There's lots of support from everyone, including those on the graduate scheme. Everyone I've spoken to or reached out to has been super helpful.

  • Very welcoming. Everyone wants you to do well. There's a greater focus on your learning rather than on existing knowledge and experience.
