  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • Investigating with customer returns and some long term projects. Customer return investigations consist of fault finding on faulty products returned from customers

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • Yes with customer return investigations I was in charge of any investigations that I was doing and then also informing customers of the outcome of the investigation

    • The support and guidance was very good both through specific channels provided and more general help through the team that I was working with

    • The culture was reasonably relaxed and very friendly. There was always support when needed and even with deadlines approaching I never felt under too much pressure
