Overview
Investigating with customer returns and some long term projects. Customer return investigations consist of fault finding on faulty products returned from customers
Skills
Yes my engendering thinking skills have improved along with my report writing and general business skills such as communication and teamworking
Responsibilities
Yes with customer return investigations I was in charge of any investigations that I was doing and then also informing customers of the outcome of the investigation
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance was very good both through specific channels provided and more general help through the team that I was working with
Culture
The culture was reasonably relaxed and very friendly. There was always support when needed and even with deadlines approaching I never felt under too much pressure
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, especially being able to apply what I learnt through the first two years of university

They value previous work experience and it may help if you can speak to someone from your university who has done a placement there before
