Overview
I worked in the CM team, assisting with data collection and report writing to help the team's activities as a whole.
Skills
Hard skills: knowledge of the industry and market specifics, presentation delivery Soft skills: public speaking, working in a team, confidence to speak in professional settings.
Responsibilities
A considerable level - putting together client facing reports as well as writing in depth market updates for the benefit of the whole team.
Support & Guidance
Top guidance & support, not just from line manager but the team as a whole. Any question was answered and advice given on various projects i was tasked with completing.
Culture
Positive, fun, professional, hard working and insightful culture. I was confident in asking questions to my team and other colleagues as a welcoming and friendly atmosphere was established.
