    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Titled role of an internal talent acquisition coordinator. meaning i would communicate with the rest of the ITA team to make sure all of their internal processes were being completed correctly eg: advertising, notes on candidates etc. updating all data on the dashboard which reports the activity of the team. other half of my role was resourcing, screening CVs, conducting discovery calls with candidates and scheduling interviews with the wider team/managers.

  • yes, developed a strong sense of responsibility and completed a wide range of tasks for different sectors across the wider business. was given more than enough new opportunities throughout the year.

  • A lot of guidance from my manager and everyone in the team. whenever i needed help with anything i could send across a message and they would get back to me instantly.
