Overview
My main job role is providing cost management services on the Royal Victoria Hospital Energy Centre. I produce valuation certificates, cost reports and invoice for our works monthly. I also assist my colleagues with procurement tasks.
Skills
I have developed my Quantity Surveying skills to a high level during my time at Arcadis.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement which gave me a lot of confidence in my ability.
Support & Guidance
Everyone at Arcadis was extremely helpful during my placement year and I always felt comfortable to ask for assistance when needed.
Culture
One of the main things I enjoyed during my placement was the positive and friendly atmosphere in the company.

I enjoyed my placement thoroughly. I'm extremely happy that I chose Arcadis for my placement year as I feel I have gained lots of beneficial skills for my future career and developed my confidence in my work. The people I work with played a huge part in the enjoyment of my year here.
