    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, the team meeting would rely on me to gather the data from the previous day and present to team. The projects given to me helped drive the research for R&D and innovation within the factory. The digitalization projects helped reduce strain of factory resources. Having to deliver projects which creates an impact on the operations of the factory if not delivered correctly.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • Line manager was supportive and some of my colleagues. However, in the beginning it was quite difficult to get used to the factory culture and be able to build relationships. However over time, and developing a greater understanding, this grew and my confidence in finding help and resources aided me.
