Overview
I was mainly responsible for Environmental Monitoring Programme which included weekly swabbing of different locations in the factory to determine whether microbial contamination is present. I was involved in determining root cause analysis for the contamination and coming up with corrective and preventative action. In addition, I had a chance to own many different projects and work with teams cross functionally.
Skills
Some main skills that I've learnt include: teamwork, time management, public speaking, leadership.

Yes, you are given a chance to work on your own project or support others on their projects which have a meaningful purpose.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my manager and my team in general. It's a very supportive environment and you don't have to hesitate to ask any questions as everyone will be more than happy to answer them.
Culture
The work culture is very laid back and everyone is friendly.
