Overview
The two days online involved learning a lot more about the culture at Citi and getting to know junior and senior workers at Citi. We were provided with training on the cloud and AI. In the office, we learnt about the different types of technology through work shadowing and presentations.
Skills
I have developed skills in communicating with new people, this was encouraged by talking with a wide range of people working at Citi. Additionally, I have learnt more about the technical skills required and hope to develop these further.
Business Insight
It was very eye opening and intriguing, I learnt so much more from these four days than you can online.
Culture
It was extremely positive and inclusive.
