Overview
During the programme, participants received technical training, attended networking events, participated in group exercises on a potential deal, and received presentations on different divisions from bankers at the firm.
Skills
I developed foundational technical knowledge that will aid me in my future career. Additionally, there's an opportunity to participate in a group exercise which builds upon teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Business Insight
For me, learning about the different divisions within the firm and the various roles that are available made the spring week even better. Not only did we get the opportunity to learn about the advisory business, but also wealth management, merchant banking, etc., which was something I really enjoyed.
Culture
Everyone at Rothschild & Co was more than happy to help the interns out when possible, which created a very supportive atmosphere at the firm.
