  • Biostatistician- involves helping teammates on projects, helping manager with duties, learning coding and statistical programming languages, learning about disease areas

  • Provided with training courses in R and SAS to improve technical expertise. Opportunity to improve time management skills as various priorities have to be balanced, which also helps organisation skills. Communication skills improved through emails, video calls, in person networking
