  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • Daily tasks predominately involved attending different sessions that provided insight into KPMG as an organisation. These covered topics such as different divisions and teams within the company, skills sessions, networking with senior management, and current graduates.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • The programme helped develop skills that relate to interviews and participating in assessed teamwork during the final assessment centre on the programme. Additionally, a digital upskilling session covered basic python programming which was a good reminder for those familiar with the language.

    • Very friendly. One of the strongest and most visible cultures seen in a big company. Every individual and representative was approachable and happy to go beyond what was needed to answer questions.
