Overview
I was able to shadow a PwC associate and attend their meetings and see their daily work, fully experiencing the day-to-day life of an auditor at PwC.
Skills
I was able to develop my networking skills, gaining the ability to speak to different members of audit teams. I was also able to gain more confidence in asking questions and speaking to very experienced members of PwC.
Business Insight
It was very insightful to directly see the day-to-day life of an auditor and speak to different members of an audit team and how each individual contributes to the team and throughout the audit process. I also had the opportunity to speak to different lines of service throughout my time here and it was interesting to explore the different careers people in PwC have.
Culture
From what I've experienced, the culture in PwC is extremely team orientated and creating a good team dynamic. Everyone in the team was focussed on completing their tasks as well as maintaining well-being throughout the process.
Your Impressions
I think my experience into PwC was extremely insightful. The programme was extremely well designed to show us the real life in PwC.
Yes
I think it is important to show individuality. There is such a diverse network at PwC and it is encouraged to show this to prospective employers.
