Overview
The insight program allow me to have a deeper understanding of how the business operate and the structure of the tax service line. I had an opportunity to meet with clients and saw how my colleagues solve the issues.
Skills
I learnt something about tax accounting, transfer pricing and international tax. I have a basic understanding of the terminology of tax.
Business Insight
I felt more interested in this area. Also, I love the business culture. Colleagues are really kind and friendly. Also, the company will allow the employees to take part in the ACA qualification and provide free training courses.
Culture
Colleagues are really friendly. They will share their ideas with each other. The general atmosphere is very nice. Everyone is working happily to provide advanced solutions to their clients.

I would recommend this insight program to my friends. As it really allow me to have a deeper understanding of the line of service I chose.
