Business Insight
It was really helpful in terms of career planning, as they left a lot of time for questions and were completely honest about the roles you could take up depending on your strengths and interests. The speakers were interactive and we all left with a good understanding of where we would best fit in within the bank.
Culture
Everyone was very friendly and honest about how tough but rewarding the work was. It was clear that the employees enjoyed their work, and despite working very hard, they also had good senses of humour and team loyalty.
