    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • The first 3 days included a session where we were introduced to the Clifford Chance Training Contract. There was also a talk with the Graduate Development Team who spoke to us about the support that they provide once you are offered a Training Contract. This was helpful when applying for future roles as I could speak fluently about the support the firm provides and what the firm was looking for in their applicants.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The firm has clearly placed genuine effort into creating an inclusive culture and that was seen through the schemes schedule including a Code of Conduct challenge and talks with the firm's diversity Affinity Groups, ARCUS, ACCELERATE, REACH and ENABLE. It is clear that these groups are able to provide support to individuals when needed. Whilst on the office floors there seemed to be a real togetherness amongst everybody at the firm.
