  • The level of responsibility could’ve been greater earlier on. We were given the autonomy to shape the internship to what we wanted which meant a lot of the opportunities we took were self-led

  • I had 4 weeks of training and a buddy and mentor throughout the entire year. Lots of one to one meetings and reviews with manager also
