  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • Learning from current software engineers at Natwest who guided me through a project that their team would continue to use after my internship was finished. On Mondays and Fridays I would also take part in organizing a charity fundraiser.

    • Yes I was given the responsibility to develop my project at my own pace with supervision whenever I would require it. This was good as I didn't put stress on me but still gave me a sense of responsibiility

    • I received support and guidance to start me off on my tasks, I was typically left to carry out my tasks with weekly catchups and the option for help whenever I needed
