Overview
Great teamwork and communication. Have daily team meetings to discuss the Markets and how they affect the desk. Work on a given project to gather as much data and information as possible to help senior analysts.
Skills
I have gained coding skills and developed my critical thinking and communication skills, especially written.
Responsibilities
I was given much responsibility during the internship as all the projects that I worked on are now being used by the business.
Support & Guidance
I was constantly supported and guided by my Citi buddy and my teams. I always felt supported and that I could ask any questions.
Culture
The internship showed me how strong Citi's culture is! You do not only feel like an intern/employee, but you really get to develop the sense of belonging to the environment and people.
Your Impressions
The internship was one of the best experiences that ever happened to me, because I got to learn so much as well as meet so many kind, like-mined and hard-working people.
