Overview
Gaining insights into the culture at Natwest, their teams and their values. Advice on networking and on our particular sector of interest. Team building and presentation challenges throughout.
Skills
I've greatly developed my networking skills and also learnt a huge amount about the investment banking sector.
Business Insight
I had no idea about the scope and breadth of Natwest roles. Although they highlighted the hard work involved with working for Natwest, I didn't think there could be such an inclusive and supportive culture. A culture where you really feel like you can make a change as an individual and a team.
Culture
As touched on briefly before, it is evident that not only do Natwest have a structure that strives to be inclusive and supportive, but also that is built into the ethos of the company as well. Natwest appeared progressive, but also appreciative of the work still to be done.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. Of course I would have much preferred an in person insight week, but the week was still excellently ran.
Yes
The week is what you make of it, put yourself out there and engage actively.
