    • We had various skills-building workshops, as well as talks from professionals in our specific fields, and we also completed a challenge that required teamwork!

    • I developed my confidence, especially using zoom and speaking on it as a platform. I also loved the networking skills-building workshop - I think this really fine-tuned my networking knowledge and was a very engaging session!

    • All of the business professionals I spoke to were so friendly, and gave detailed insight into their work and their industries! I now have a lot more knowledge about commercial banking, having come into the programme knowing nothing at all!

    • Do research on the culture at Natwest - it is very progressive and welcoming environment! Perhaps practice for all the virtual tests that are required for the insight week application process.
