Overview
Daily presentations and exposure to business functions. Different skills sessions for example presentation and networking skills. Graduate and senior banker Q&A sessions. Group project ran throughout insight week. Well placed and appropriate breaks.
Skills
Developed my networking skills (this was a stand out presentation for me). I also feel more confident in my Assessment Centre skills due to the AC session at the end of the week.
Business Insight
Great insights from current graduates and senior employees so the business insights were very valuable.
Culture
Everyone was so warm on welcoming. Upon starting the insight week, on the very first session, our insight week Co-ordinator greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile which was very encouraging and helped to put me at ease. I found a very similar attitude from all other colleagues across the bank and thus made the insight week as a whole a comfortable experience.
