Overview
I attended a variety of different talks about the NatWest Group, the different roles they offer and multiple programmes they have in place. In the afternoons we also were pat of s group project.

Business Insight
It was sometimes hard to understand all the financial jargon used but all speakers explained their roles very well and tried to make it as simple as possible
Culture
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and all employees spoke about the positive atmosphere they worked it and said that was a massive reason for them working at NatWest Group
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight week, it was a long time on zoom throughout the week but they made sure to keep it interactive and fun with a lot of different types of sessions. I found it very helpful and informative as well as quite thought-provoking
