Overview
Software Engineer, I worked on developing the Capital One web page. It involves team ceremonies daily, and fortnightly. Meetings with various other departments and a lot of enjoyable on the job learning.
Skills
Yes, ive learnt various new technologies which include programming languages and using AWS as well.
Responsibilities
Yes, we were given full ownership on the projects and shown that they will have a real impact on the company.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support from managers, team members, early careers team and everyone around.
Culture
It was great, everyone is extremely polite and nice and supportive. There was no strict hierarchy and you could feel comfortable with everyone from Senior Engineers to Product managers.
