Significant support and guidance was provided throughout the internship. Networking with colleagues from product team was strongly encouraged, with all team members providing advice for remainder of placement. Mid-term review provided actionable feedback to be implemented for the second half
Culture
Great company culture and general atmosphere. No push for facetime and team generally encouraged interns to leave when no work was pressing/outstanding. Importance of fit with team strongly promoted throughout the internship and team members all took time to grab a coffee with the team interns. Members of other product or sector teams also glad to take time out of their day to give guidance to interns.

I greatly enjoyed working and interacting with the team throughout my summer. I was happy to head to work everyday and constantly looked forward to the next project/task. Overall, the internship was a tremendous development experience, and I feel privileged for being granted the opportunity to learn and network with such high performing industry professionals.
Yes
Develop your technical skills and critical thinking but also your interpersonal skills. These are extremely important for your fit with the team and your long-term success in the industry, given the extensive amount of client interactions required.
