    Responsibilities

  • Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility, especially when other colleagues were on annual leave. The mentor programme at Arcadis was also extremely helpful and would recommend signing up to this when you first start. There is a lot of help and guidance to everyone, which is easily accessible, especially when you first start. Every colleague is extremely kind and offers help and support in anything.

  • Yes

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Arcadis
  • Write a formal CV and Cover Letter explaining how you would be a good fit for the role. For the assessment centre, get involved, share your ideas, and volunteer to take on different tasks. If others in the group are more quiet encourage them to get involved too and let them share their opinion/ ideas by asking them things directly. Let others have a chance to speak. For the interview have real life scenarios of when you succeeded in something and when you failed or something didn't go right and how you overcame this. Have a growth mindset and think about how things will evolve in the future. Do your research on the company too, and have knowledge of some of the projects Arcadis has delivered.
